If I were to summarise the performance of Trevor Egan, Ray White East Brisbane in one word it would be faultless. From the initial proposal which was well researched and comprehensive to the conclusion of the sales campaign, which culminated in achieving a benchmark price for the area, Trevor was thoroughly professional and courteous at all times. Communication was one of key elements of Trevor’s style and we always felt fully informed be it from receiving the written weekly report to the email sent on the morning of an inspection as a reminder of the date/time.
Although the property did not initially sell at auction, at no time did Trevor attempt to coerce us to reduce the asking price, instead, he worked that much harder knowing we were fairly inflexible in this regard. Not only would I highly recommend Trevor, I would without hesitation use him again when selling in the future.
